Quinta da Falorca Touriga Nacional 2015 showcases Portugal's signature grape with intense aromas of violets and dark berries. Its structured body and refined tannins pair perfectly with roasted meats and traditional Portuguese dishes, highlighting Touriga Nacional's depth and elegance.

  • 100% Touriga Nacional.

  • Handpicked grapes placed in 18 kg boxes. Low-temperature fermentation with gentle remontage and complete destemming. Fermentation in small stainless steel vats with selected yeasts (28-30ºC).

  • 18 months in French oak barrels (50% first use, 50% second/third use), followed by stainless steel vats.

  • 7,200 bottles (0.75L) in September 2019.

  • Grilled or roasted goat, red meats, BBQ, charcuterie, rich fish dishes, roasted or Lagareiro cod.
