Quinta da Falorca Reserva 2003 boasts deep color, subtle oak notes, and a velvety texture. Ideal with grilled meats, stews, and aged cheeses, it reflects Dão's quality and tradition for a refined taste.

  • Touriga Nacional, Aragonês, Alfrocheiro.

  • Gentle crushing of grapes with complete destemming, followed by maceration and fermentation in small stainless steel vats with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures of 28º – 30ºC with gentle remontage.

  • 50% aged in new French oak barrels (Radoux – Evolution toast, fine grain) and in stainless steel vats.

  • 3,466 bottles (0.75L) in June 2007

  • Grilled meats, rich stews, and aged cheeses.
