Quinta da Falorca Reserva 2001, dark with subtle wood notes, offers an enveloping mouthfeel and soft texture. Ideal for grilled meats, rich stews, and aged cheeses, it provides a refined tasting experience.

  • Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfrocheiro.

  • Grapes are crushed with complete destemming and fermented in small stainless steel vats with selected yeasts, temperature-controlled at 28º – 30ºC, with gentle remontage.

  • 50% aged in new 225L French Allier oak barrels.

  • 6,680 bottles (0.75L) on 12/05/2003.

  • August 2004.
